The following options are available to providers involved in the education/student services industry, who wish to have further exposure in the Turkish study abroad market. The options are intended to complement your attendance at the IEFT exhibitions, enable in absentia representation, or promote your services/programs throughout the year.
The options well-priced and effective in reaching your desired segment(s) of the Turkish market. We also invite your suggestions, so we can customize a plan for you.
Sponsoring one aspect of the IEFT Fairs or any given fair event will give you exclusive naming rights to the event. Your organization’s name will be predominately displayed during the particular event.
IEFT Sponsorship gives your organization access to approximately:
- 300 international university representatives
- 20,000 potential Turkish students
- An email database of more than 1,000,000 Turkish students
Sponsorship Options
Student visitors will be required to stop by the IEFT Registration Desk before entering the fair. This provides an excellent opportunity for your organization or university to become more visible to the more than 20,000 potential students that visit our fairs. Also, Registered IEFT participants will receive an official IEFT Welcome Pack upon arrival to the fair. These will be used throughout the tour to reference the IEFT itinerary, Turkish Market Statistics, etc.

IEFT also provides free 25-minute seminars for institutions during our fairs in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Seminar schedules will be handed out to each student entering the fair, and more than 500 will attend seminars throughout fair days. There will also be a large poster-sized schedule placed at the entrance of the Istanbul fair, which is attended by approximately 10,000 potential students.
Expected Student Exposure: 20,000
Exclusive Sponsorship Package: 3000 €

- Logo to appear on Seminar Schedule, to be distributed to all incoming students
- Logo to appear on large sign at entrance of fair in Istanbul
- Logo and name on banner at entrance of seminar rooms in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir

Payment Terms
For all sponsorship and exhibition packages, the following payment terms apply:- 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Remaining 50% to be paid on or before 1 August 2016
Please note: A cancellation fee of 30% will be applicable for any sponsorship package or exhibition booking cancelled up to three weeks prior to the fair. No refund will apply after this date.
